Our Founder & CEO
Erin Gleason Alvarez is a negotiation consultant, mediator, and arbitrator. Over her twenty year legal career, she has served as a litigator and as in-house counsel, in addition to her neutral practice.
Erin has trained thousands of people on dispute resolution and negotiation topics, and been involved in thousands more dispute resolution procedures.

In 2019, she founded Take Charge Negotiations, LLC in order to transform negotiation into a dialogue grounded in positivity and mindfulness.

She is the proud mom to the world's top negotiator and is currently negotiating her way through yoga teacher certification.

A thought leader in the arbitration and ADR fields, Erin regularly speaks on negotiation, mediation and arbitration best practices, how to drive efficiency in dispute resolution, and the importance of increasing diversity in the field.
